Tasting Notes

The 2023 Roussanne showcases a vibrant bouquet of stone fruits, white flowers, and

hints of citrus zest. On the palate, it is rich and creamy, with a lush mouthfeel balanced

by refreshing acidity, and stoney minerality. Notes of ripe pear, honey, and subtle

minerality emerge, culminating in a long, elegant finish.

Winemaking

This vintage was meticulously crafted through fermentation and aging in a concrete egg,

enhancing the wine’s complexity and texture. Additionally, the wine went through

malolactic fermentation to create a soft and smoother mouthfeel. The unique shape of

the egg allows for gentle lees stirring, promoting richness and depth without imparting

any oak flavors.
