2025 Rosé
Tasting Notes
Delicate in color yet vibrant in expression, this pale, bright pink rosé opens with lifted aromas of fresh strawberry, watermelon, and white cherry, accented by notes of rose petal and citrus zest. The palate is crisp and refreshing, bursting with red berry and stone fruit flavors, underscored by a lively acidity that brings energy and precision. A clean, dry finish highlights its freshness and makes for an irresistibly drinkable wine.
Winemaking
Crafted from Tempranillo and Grenache grown at Sonrisa Vineyard in the Rattlesnake Hills AVA, this rosé is designed to capture purity of fruit and freshness. The fruit spent approximately one hour on the skins, imparting its light, luminous pink hue and delicate aromatic profile. Fermented and aged in stainless steel for four months, the wine retains its bright, fruit-forward character and crisp structure, with no oak influence.
